(NASDAQ:IDCC) today announced that its patent holding subsidiaries have entered into a worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing patent license agreement with Enfora, Inc. ("Enfora"). The agreement covers the sale of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) modules, M2M devices, and PC Cards designed to operate in accordance with 2G and/or 3G cellular standards.

Enfora, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is a leading provider of wireless networking solutions that enable enterprises to access, analyze, and leverage information from their geographically dispersed assets. The company's wireless software and platforms are deployed in energy, transportation, medical, and security applications around the world.
