InterDigital's Board of Directors Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDCC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock, payable on July 27, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 6, 2011.
