May I have my dividends directly deposited into my bank account?
Yes. You may elect to have your future dividends deposited directly into a bank account of your choice. You may enroll by calling our transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, at
+1 800 937 5449 or by going online at www.amstock.com . To access your account, you will need your account information, which is included on your dividend check.
Shareholders who hold their shares through brokers should contact their broker directly on all administrative matters.
Does the company offer a plan to allow for the automatic reinvestment of dividends?
No. The company does not sponsor a dividend reinvestment plan. A number of brokerage firms do offer this service to their clients, so if you own your shares in a brokerage account, please check with your broker.

When will I receive or what if I did not receive my Form 1099 for tax purposes?
The Form 1099 pertains to dividends received in a given tax year. You should receive your Form 1099 by the middle of February after the completed year.
